Orders placed are normally shipped on the first business day after we confirm payment. Payment can be made by Cheque, Bank Deposit or with credit card through Flo2cash or PayPal. You do not need to be a member of PayPal to use this service, as they have the option to pay without being a member. Shipping rates will automatically be calculated for New Zealand and Australian customers. We can also freight our products to South Pacific Islands DHL Express or NZ Post Courier service, just contact us for a freight quote as we have great international freight rates, or feel free to use your own freight forwarder. For International orders we accept payment via PayPal or TT only.

Return of Goods for Credit or Refund "Cancellation Policy"
Goods supplied in accordance with the buyer's order can only be returned with the express approval of Go Wireless NZ Ltd.
Requests to return goods must be submitted within 7 days from the date of supply and the original invoice number must be quoted. Returned goods must be received within 14 days and in re-saleable condition with an RMA number. RMA information can be found here.
Where goods are accepted (for credit or refund at the Go Wireless NZ discretion) they must be delivered at the buyer's expense into Go Wireless NZ's store in original condition and packaging.
Go Wireless NZ reserves the right to levy a restocking fee against any damaged returns Go Wireless NZ may agree to accept.
