Go Wireless NZ Ltd supports the manufacturers warranty for all products for the term of 12 months from the shipping date to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, except in case of damage caused by mechanical, electrical or other accidental or intended damages caused by improper use or due to wind, rain, fire, lightning or other acts of nature.

Please follow the procedures for prompt RMA Processing.
Any Incomplete forms will result in delays of issuing and processing of your RMA request.

RMA Procedure (Please Read Carefully):

 1. E-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your product, serial number and a detailed description of the problem/fault you are having.

 2. Once your fault has been confirmed and is not able to be fixed on site we will issue an RMA number for you to complete this form. Download RMA form here.

 3. Incorrect/Incomplete information, such as address, company name, contact name or phone number will delay the issue of an RMA number.

 4. Clear and specific description of problem must be given for each item; if they are not the RMA will be rejected.

 5. A Serial Number and MAC address are required for each unit. If this is left out the RMA will be rejected.

 6. Do not include in the shipment anything other than specified items approved on the RMA request form.

 7. Include a printed copy of this form with your shipment and make sure that you put down the correct return address.
