Step 1

Fill in the online form provided. Allow 1-2 business days for approval.

Step 2

Within 14 days of approval, pack the item(s) in the original packaging (if new/unopen)

Step 3

Post the item to us via your preferred shipment method

Step 4

You will be notified when your item has been assessed. Further instructions will be provided by email.

Please be aware that, if accepted; items returned for credit may incur a restocking fee up to 15% of the original purchase price. New, unopened items may be returned for a full refund up to 7 days after purchase. See our warranty terms and conditions.

All Ubiquiti Networks hardware warranty-related claims and replacement of malfunctioning devices must first be processed via the Ubiquiti Networks RMA Center.
