We've relocated! We are now at our new, purpose-built premises just down the road at:
34 Kingsford Smith Drive, Rangiora, 7400, North Canterbury
To make this transition as smooth as possible:
- From Monday, 30 June to Wednesday, 02 July, we’ll be operating with a skeleton crew while we complete the setup of our new space.
- Phone support will be limited during this time, but urgent enquiries can be sent via [email protected] and will be prioritised.
We truly appreciate your patience during this time.
As we move into this new chapter, we’re also evolving how we operate to better support our customers and team with a few key changes:
- We are introducing a new appointment system for customer visits
Allowing us to provide dedicated attention and ensure your time with us is well spent.
- Order pickups will now be handled through a dedicated zone on the warehouse side
Streamlining the process for both you and our team.
These updates will help us deliver a more consistent, responsive, and thoughtful experience, while allowing our team to work more collaboratively and efficiently behind the scenes.
