This active PoE solution negotiates with the switch to activate power and provide it to the client device. It is a compact and cost effective power solution. The switch supplies 48 or 56 volts DC at the source location. The splitter extracts the DC voltage from the network cable and reduces the voltage to 24v, and increases the available current by the same factor to power 24v client device via mode B power on the output female RJ45. Designed for dry indoor applications, the 24v DC output can power 24 watt devices up to 328 from the female output connector.
- Perfect for powering Mikrotik, Ubiquiti or Cambium 24V devices from an 802.3af/at PoE switch
- Use with any 48v switch or midspan injector
- Input voltage range: 44 volts to 57 volts
- Power output 24V mode B: 4&5(+) and 7&8(-) non-isolated
