The Milesight EG71 is an intelligent edge LoRaWAN BMS IoT gateway that unifies wired and wireless connectivity in a single device, simplifying data aggregation, protocol conversion, and local control for smart building integration across both new construction and retrofit projects.

Supports Python, Node-RED and Docker, enabling flexible secondary development for customized building logic, data processing, and system integration.

Control logic runs locally on the EG71, reducing latency and cloud dependency while ensuring stable operation during network interruptions. With multiple built-in I/O interfaces, EG71 can directly control field devices and actuators at the edge.
